Terms and Conditions for the Automatic Withdrawal Option for Weekly and Monthly Coaching

NOTE: This service is offered to make personal coaching more widely available and to ease the process of program tracking and renewal. Do note the same coaching services can be initiated without having an automatic monthly charge, for this simply select a Coaching Services Package instead of Weekly or Monthly coaching.

Types of payments accepted

VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER cards are accepted, as are electronic checks from commercial banks. Note: AMERICAN EXPRESS IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Automatic Withdraw Details

After you have talked with your coach and have agreed on the start date of your program, your account will be set to renew on the same day of the month as your first day starting the program. This day may fluctuate 1-3 days depending on the nearest business day to the start of your program. Automatic Withdrawal days can only be on the 1-28th day of the month. 29, 30, and 31 are not possible renewal days.

Cancellation policy

There is a 3 month minimum for Weekly or Monthly Coaching for clients who have not been coached by a BRC coach in the past. This minimum was put in place so that the coaches can have enough time to safely develop the athlete's fitness level. If a runner would like to cancel his coaching prior to 3 months there is a $25 cancellation fee. There is no fee to cancel or pause a program after 3 months.

Refunds and Stopping your program

CLIENTS must inform a BRC representative if they wish to discontinue their coaching. This can be done either by phone, email, in-person, or through the START/CHANGE/PAUSE PROGRAM link on their personal BRC homepage - located under ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT. If a client fails to inform BRC that they wish to pause their coaching no refund can be issued. If BRC failed to administer the stoppage of the program, and the stoppage of the automatic withdraw, a refund will be given in the form of a mailed check.
