Membership is NOT required for any service at BRC. However, benefits, discounted services, and products are available exclusively to BRC members. For customized packages or services please contact

Membership packages

Annual or 4 month memberships include services and benefits as described below under 'Service list'. For membership package details and pricing please visit our sign-up page.

Monthly membership payments are automatically deducted each month with the initial payment method chosen at registration. Monthly payments will continue throughout the minimum duration of the membership.

  • Annual Membership: 12 months consecutive automatic payments
  • 4 Month Membership: 4 months consecutive automatic payments

NOTE: Auto-monthly payments will continue throughout the duration of the membership, 12 or 4 months, with no exceptions, pausing, or adjustments. This allows us to offer reduced pricing for our services, given the longer term commitment of the client.

Service list

Weekly Coaching
Detailed, customized weekly training regimens, including exercise instructional videos, injury prevention actions, and individualized running programs, are designed in conjuction with email and phone access with your coach. Each client is challenged at an appropriate level to their current fitness and in accordance with their individual work/life schedule restrictions. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions focus on the following areas, depending on the level and needs of the runner:
  • injury prevention
  • bio-mechanics
  • exertion levels and pacing
  • sports psychology and goal setting
  • improving athleticism
  • flexibitity, stability, and strength

Sessions are held at various locations, including:
  • BRC fitness studio in Brookline
  • BRC gait analysis lab in Wellesley
  • Downes track in Brookline
  • Charlestown track
  • Boston Commons
  • Reggie Lewis track in Roxbury
  • Charles River Esplanade

Personal Training or Massage
Members may choose either personal training sessions or massage therapy sessions, or any combination totaling the amount of sessions stated in the membership package. Personal training sessions are recommended to help refine appropriate form and exertion levels with the prescribed exercises that are given duringweekly coaching programs. Personal training sessions are held at the BRC fitness studio at 1682 Beacon Street in Brookline. Massage therapy is recommended as a corrective action to repetitive motion stress or injury, or to help correct postural and soft-tissue imbalances. Massage is available at the BRC fitness studio in Brookline or at the Copley Square office.

This is the Performance Package of InsideTracker - a fully integrated nutritional program that involves detailed nutritional recommendations based on the result of your current blood markers. An initial blood test is included in the program, and can be done at one of 3000 labcorps across the country (the Newton Labcorp in Newton Center is the closest to BRC). Blood markers include:

Gait Analysis

BRC Studio Access
All annual members have unlimited access to use the BRC fitness studio in Brookline
