Eric's Coaching Philosophy
I believe that every individual can not only achieve their goals, but can surpass their goals in ways that were once not thought to be achievable. This requires long-term consistent growth. My guidance helps individuals improve by keeping the mind and body healthy. It’s important to build mileage, workouts and strength training. However, the most important aspect of every program is having fun along the way! My knowledge and experience as a coach and athlete can help athletes of all abilities meet and exceed their goals, through manipulating individualized training.
