Yoga for Runners is a practice specifically designed for runners. Our experienced, certified yoga instructors are avid runners themselves and, with guidance and feedback from the Boston Running Center Head Coach and many of the local running community, have designed their classes to meet the unique needs of long distance runners. With a limit of 10 participants per class, instructors are able to monitor and assist each runner throughout the session. All levels of running and yoga experience welcome!
