Mini-Sessions
These 15-20 minute sessions with a BRC trainer or coach are intended to help current clients stay on track regarding their weekly health and fitness programs. Sessions can include:
- Additions and adjustments of key exercises tailored to the clients bio-mechanical and postural deficiencies or injury cycles.
- Monitoring of muscle-firing patterns during corrective exercises.
- Partner-assisted strength and flexibility work for targeted areas of weakness, tightness, or inhibition.
- Minor adjustments to the clients home-based cross-training program.
- General discussion of current program, goal setting, and next steps.

Prior to registering for mini-sessions clients should discuss with their respective trainer or coach the availability and appropriate frequency of these sessions.
NOTE: Mini-sessions are only available for those currently training under a BRC coach or trainer, or who have had a BRC video gait analysis completed.
