Fitness Coaching
Fitness coaching is intended for those who do not run or would like to incorporate running into their program, for more experienced runners please visit our private coaching page. Fitness coaching is designed to assist you with creating a consistent exercise routine. The focus of fitness coaching is to encourage healthy habits and promote overall fitness. Our approach balances cardiovascular, strength and flexibility conditioning in a way that best fits the needs and goals of our clients. Those who are interested in fitness coaching may first meet with their prospective coach for a free initial consultation. During this meeting, health history, fitness goals, and a description of the program are discussed.
Sessions with your coach last 1 hour and are held 1,2 or 3 days per week. In addition, each client receives a personal internet-based logbook where your coach will input additional exercises each week, provide further
feedback and support regarding your progress, and offer easy communication access. Unlimited email and phone access with your coach is complimentary with all fitness coaching programs.
